I'm a Chrsitian, a nice guy, 6', 190lbs, Caucasian in Southeastern PA (Lehigh Valley/Philadelphia). I'd like a marriage minded partner with which to build a life. What do I do? I hesitate for obvious reasons to date anyone at work or at church. What's the best way to meet someone?

It's like the lottery, if you don't play you can't win. Get your butt out and ask somebody. You don't know if she's marriage minded or even marriage material unless you get in the game.
Sounds like you're in real estate, then you must be somewhat personable to be making a living. Use that in your personal life. Develop contacts, look for opportunities, and move toward closing the deal.
Don't wait for the woman to cross your path with a T shirt saying "I'm Christian, marry me". You will encounter some crazies and duds, no mistake about that. Anything worth wanting is worth pursuing.
