Used cocoa butter of A&D to keep it moisturized. DON"T used vaseline or Neosporin because they will pull ink out of your tattoo. Your hair growing back through your skin is natural and won't affect the outcome of your tattoo. If it seems dry to you then that could be a cause of the lumpyness. A week after getting the ink done If it starts to burn, or get red around the edges than you might have a infection from one of the colors and I would see a doctor. Otherwise, if not then it's just part of the healing process. It might be scabbing *which means moisturize it* or it's just your hair growing back. Hope this helped.

Depending you maybe allergic to a or the color. Mostly reds people are allergic too. I use tattoo goo, any non scented lotion, some say neosporin or A&D other say not to. I personally have not had any difference in using either. You can always go back to the tattoo artist and ask. What ever you do not peel off the dead skin. That will mess it up. Just keep it moist and let the dead skin flake off on it's own.

When I got both of my tattoos they didn't do that...it might just be that it is healing or you are letting it get to dry...Most people don't shave their tattoos after they are healed but me and my husband do because I heard that sometimes letting the hair grow fades the color...sorry i can't be of more help

it's fine. the hair shouldn't mess up the tattoo. my husband has tattoos on his chest and leg and neither has been messed up by the hair regrowth. just keep caring for it in the way your artist told you to.

It should be fine, as long as you don't mess with it. I use A&D ointment, for all of my "fresh" tattoo's.

No it won't, it should be fine. Are you sure it's not all lumpy and stuff cause it's scabbing up?

Use Neosporin!! DON'T scratch and scab it up!! Leave it be!! I have three tat's. The more you leave it alone, the better! Good luck!!!
