The "required" 8 glasses of water a day is a myth that was probably based upon sick elderly people.

For the average person, just drink when you're thirsty.

Club soda and seltzer waters do count.

Probably not. Hm... If you really don't want to have plain water, try the flavored waters like Fruit2O or Crystal Light.

If it's just bubbles you crave.. Maybe 7 glasses of water and 1 glass of seltzer will do.

Then again, I know very few people that actually do the 8 glasses a day thing that are just fine. Good luck!

Yes, they are usually pure water, just check the ingredients because some of them add sodium.
