I have been cutting my sugar comsumption down, I used to be a two sugar coffee drinker, Now I take only 1/2 a tsp. I will also water the coffee down if it's to strong, not fond of very strong coffee.

For years I've had it black, but recently I've been adding 1/2 spoon of sugar--I find that this bit of sweetness often seems to enhance the richness of a good coffee.

Black. I can't stand even the slightest amount of cream or sugar, although I'll sometimes throw in a shot of whisky.
