drink water, water, water, and more water. stick to one face wash. dont use different brands. the only thing i use is St. Ives' Apricot Scrub. you can find it at walmart.

well this might sound stupid to you but a old woman told me this years ago and we have been using it every sence about 6yrs now but listerine mouthwash works great and dont cost much because of the alcohol in it drys the acne up good luck to you

Make sure you always remove your makeup before going to bed, try clearasil face wash or wipes, drink plenty of water and cut out any fatty foods or chocolate. Touching your face doesn't make a difference, just make sure your hands are always clean.
