Well, if you are taking antibiotics, it's probably not allergies. More likely a sinus infection. Try not using nasal sprays because they can be addictive, used too often too much, over time. Use regular saline, as often as you like , it will help relieve a little of the sinus pressure by encouraging your nose to drain. If you are sure it's allergies, the antibiotics aren't going to help you. Claritin will, Benadryl will, etc. Also, either Tylenol or Ibuprofen. I suggest the Ibuprofen because it's intended use is as a pain reliver, less for fever reduction, like Tylenol is most commonly used for.[Although it does work for that as well.] A old home remedy [in a sense] is to take you thumb and forefinger and pinch the bridge of your nose, right about where your sunglasses would rest on your nose , and with moderate pressure, but not enough to be uncomfortable, and pinch and hold for a minute or two and then gently release the pressure from your fingers. Repeating this process for about 10 minutes. It seems to really help some people. The idea is to increase and decrease the pressure on the center of the sinus area, like a pressure point, like you would try to get rid of a cramp in your foot or lower leg. I hope that any of this can help you and get you back to feeling like your normal self. Get Well Soon!

You either have one of two things, a sinus headache caused by pressure in your sinuses or a severe migrane. Either way you need to take something for it. Even though you hate going to the doctor you should. If it is a sinus headache, it could be caused by a sinus infection which will not go away without prescription drugs. Also, a migrane can severely impact your life. The best drugs for migranes are by prescription only.

antibiotics will treat the bacterial infection, but not the headache. try an anti histamine to see if that helps relieve your other symptons, check with your pharmacist or doctor for the most suitable type. i have severe allergies, hayfever and sinus and have taken antihistamines just about every day for years with no side effects and ongoing relief from my symptons good luck

This is a very important and useful report especially for yourself and your precious family. I used to have a serious allergic symptoms but after I switched those household toxic products to safe, non-toxic products all the symptoms (respiraotry allergy, skin problems...) were gone away forever. Taking a reference to this report if you switch your toxic products to safe products not having those toxic chemical ingredients it will help you and your family health real big time! Please do not think that would be a too much work for you to check all the ingredients! That's for you and your family. Even just switching a laundry detergent can affect your health considerably. (Actually I have a few people who survived from cancer by not using those chemical products for their house work, laundry, cleaning, dish washing... anymore, seriously) So if you want you can download the report free without putting in any of your personal information, here:

and if there is anybody who you think is using too much chemical (toxic) products or having a serious allergy problem please send this report to them, too.
I hope it will be a big help for you and your family.

Headache and sinus pressure cannot be fixed by antibiotcs. Those are for infections ONLY. Get an antihistamine/decongestant combo. Preferably one with pain relief.
