Well jealousy is a sign of insecurity. You should re-evaluate your relationship. Are you supposed to be exclusive, or is it an open relationship. If it is open then both of you are free to do as you choose. If you are exclusive, then you are monogamous and with each other only. If it is just a matter of him looking at other women, then know that men are going to look, you can not keep him from doing that, and just accept it. He is with you. He is not going home with no one else so, leave it be. If he is looking you are free to look also. Tell him two can play that game.

buy you a gun. a great big pistol with a lot of big hollow point bullets. they make bigger holes. then hunt the sucker down when he is with someone else, male or female. it don't matter these days. do it! do it and don't leave no damn witnesses. blow that low down signifying fool from the sidewalk to the next intersection. use all those expensive bullets then drag him behind you car all the way home. somebody else's home and put the pistol in his own hand and make it look like a suicide.
