ok first after your shower towel dry your hair, then put some moose frizz eze mouse works best, then comb that through your hair with your fingers, scrunch by grabbing sections and squezzing the hair upwards towards your scalp. Continue scruntching while blowdrying your hair. It will become a beautful set of curls

If you have naturally curly hair, then all you need to do is wash, towel dry, and use scrunching spray -- Aussie makes a good one, available at Walmart. If you have naturally straight hair, wash, towel dry, and immediately put your hair into braids -- the more the better, if you ask me. Let your hair dry, either naturally or blow dry it, and remove the braids. Spritz a bit of water on your hair, just enough to dampen, and scrunch with scrunching spray. Hope this helps!
PS. If you don't know how to scrunch, just take a handful of hair at a time and close your fingers -- squeezing all of your hair together.

depending on your hair type it's either really easy or really hard, If you have naturally wavy or curly hair it's quite simple. After you wash your hair towel dry it DONT BRUSH IT. My favorite product for scruching is Aussi Scrunch spray. Starting at the ends spray generously working up to the roots flip your head over and spray entire head. As you blow dry your hair grab it from the ends and scruch up towards your roots holding the blowdryer on your hands with your hair scrunched in them. Good Luck! Have Fun with it, If you dont like it, wash it out and start over. P.S. Any kind of gel works for scrunching Spray it with hair spray when you are finished to hold your look.

I am assuming you have at least wavy hair, if not curly. The simplest one is scrunch it with your fingers after you wash it and don't touch it or comb it after this!!! adding hair mousse as others suggested is good. I recently tried Umberto Giannini scrunching jelly, didn't want to use it at first because i thought it was hairgel that would stick on my hair, but if fact it's very light and i loved it!!! i would definitely recommend it!

Scrunch? Details would be helpful. >.>
It depends what your hair is like! To help though, when it's trying, (if it's curly) use gel and *scrunch* it through your hair when it's damp. Then but it up and let it dry naturally. If it's straight, Iunno.

What I do is take a shower then put mousse in my hair. You can either scrunch it with your hands or braid your hair and sleep with it in braids overnight. Then take the braids out. Hoped that helped.

I use garnier fructis curl enhancing gel(i think that's what it's called), and then I blow dry with a diffuser. hope that helps.
however, if you have long hair, a curling iron with a 2" barrel is great!
if you have shorter hair, perms look really good on some people.
the haircut really is the basis for everything
