Im aware that it's illegal! I guess I wasn't clear... I was wondering if anyone knew the punishment for posession of marijuana plants under New York State Judicial Ruling...

It's illegal, not just in New York but every state in the union. Some states like California have legalized medicinal marijuana but you have to get that from a clinic or something, you can't just grow it. Those laws are also in question, because even though Cali may not give you trouble, IF you're sick and obtaining it where they say you can, the feds can and probably will.
