I'm 100% Bajan and i luv my country's culture,dance & music. There is always this rivalry between de Trinis and Bajans about which festival is betta. I doan mean to brag but we bajans cud wuk up betta than all de trinis put together. I haven't been to trini carnival but i luv dem music to de bone. What do you think?

well i am a trini to the bone and i love the other island for we what make up the Caribbean . but coming back to carnival the trini have it for it is the biggest carnival in the Caribbean . we start partying after Christmas and it do not end until ash Wednesday. but as you say every body thinks they are better than each other . well that is left for the tourist to say not us Caribbean people.

Before you brag about Barbados carnival vist Trinidad the weekend before the carnival weekend. Just to get a taste. The real thing go bun yeh...

Trinidad wins hands down. Make it a point to go to Trinidad for their carnival - believe me you won't regret it and if you think you see wuk up in Barbados - wear shades when you go to Trinidad!!!! You're eyes won't be able to handle it and if you're a woman, don't take your man with you cause when he see dem women..... it's trouble!!!
