Both sports tyres and off-road tyres often do this.

With sports tyres, if the tread blocks are all the same size, the impact as they hit the road surface will set up a harmonic that sounds like a loud, roaring buzz. This is considered acceptable (although not ideal), since the tyre was designed for pure performance, not to be quiet (same as the way performance engines are loud - they're not designed for noise control.)

Off-road tyres have a similar situation. The block-like tread design means that you can hear each tread block as it comes around and hits the road surface. If they hit hard enough and fast enough (meaning at normal driving speeds), the sounds get louder and blend together, giving you a roaring sound.

Tyres that have different-size tread blocks (especially on the tyre's shoulder, near the sidewall) eliminate most of this, since the different size blocks can't set up a harmonic - although with truck/4WD tyres, it doesn't always eliminate the noise completely.

The two answers you have received so far are quite different from each other. The first answer was vague at best and seemed more concerned with your spelling and grammar than your inquiry and the second a bit over the top. If your purchase were off road tires you will hear a "roaring/whirring/humming sound". This is due to the block pattern of the tread design as answer #2 pointed out.The sound will be louder than a performance tire due to the the large size of the tire and design of the tread. Performance tires can also be loud as well but more towards the the "whoosing/humming sound. I have BF Goodrich KDW2's on my 5-series and they are loud but as answer #2 stated - performance does not always include quiet.
Wanli produces a good performance tire for the budget conscience. Go out and carve up the corners or climb a hill - depending on what tires you purchased - and enjoy your tires.

I'm not sure if I can decipher your poor spelling and grammar. But if you have all terrain tires, they will make a whining sound on the road.
