theres this girl in my new history class and her name is brianna and about 3 weeks ago i saw her in the hall way and introduced myself to her and we talked for a few minutes and everyday since then she says hi to me and just today i'm in the hall way near my class just chillin there for a bit and i she comes up to me and lightly touchs my arms and says hi and walked away, so what do u think this means?

She was flirting with you. She likes you. Most females can be subtle in letting you know so learn to read into things especially when someone is touching you making a very personal contact intentionally. Go get her number.
