I use marinol and zofran but am still nauseated.

I've found that combining the Marinol with Phenergan, either via suppository or tablet, works very effectively. Phenergan can make you quite a bit more drowsy than the Zofran or the Marinol, which can be a good thing when you're nauseous. It also starts working a lot faster than the Marinol (suppositories, though unpleasant, work quickest). Also, taking the Marinol and Phenergan at the same time as your pain meds with add a little "oomph" to their pain relieveing capabilities while also relieving the nausea. You could try Compazine, but it's costly. Phenergan is also the cheapest prescription medicine out there for nausea-- I know the Zofran and Marinol are insanely expensive, because I always have them on hand as well as the Phenergan. If you want something over the counter, Dramamine or Bonine can help as well. In the category of non-medicinal remedies, ginger (or Ginger Ale), very sweet hot tea, or lying down and minimizing head movement all work for me as well. Good luck!

Phenergan, but you'd have to get that from a dr. If you're looking for over the counter remedy, you can get something for motion sickness, that may help, or cola syrup. when all else fails, i sip on 7up & munch salitines or plain potato chips. Hope you feel better!

Phenergan is often ordered for nausea but you'll need a prescription.
