My friends and I are looking for something to do tonight in Manhattan. We live here, so preferably nothing touristy. Whatever it is needs to be cheap, fun, and different (and in Manhattan). Any good ideas. No alcohol required.

Go bowling at Harlem Lanes. Or take the MTA water taxi around the island. Cheap views in nice weather. Or go to Japa's Kereoke restaurant/bar in midtown. hilarious. MOMA is open late on Fridays and is free. Or look in NY Mag or online and find a gallery opening for free snacks and art.

If your looking for something really fun and different. There are two things i suggest.
I forget where it is but you should go to this fun indian restaurant. it's called pandu III or something like that. it definetly is one word that starts with a p and has a roman numeral 3. It has christmas lights everywhere.
