its impossible for the universe to be created without a creator...The creator has always existed. The ancients debated this question and lots more...they speak speaking of God "the creator" that God said " I was a hidden treasure and wanted to be recognized, thus i have created the universe, the heavens and the earths and all their beings."!... So we see that through the greatness of the universe a sign that HE is greater,..and etc ..etc. Now, we cannot apply the rules of time and space to the Creator... because they are parts of his creations. He is Above time and space. and so are spirits...Remember when u die, your physical body dies...your soul and spirit moves to that dimension..which is above time and space. Now did God the creator always existed? Yes, because he is eternal...and so are u ..when u are in the form of a spirit. because again, spirits are not bound to time and space.

Excellent question!
As you've obviously figured out, there must be SOMETHING that has always existed.
Therefore, there MUST be something that was not created, but always has been (this is impossible for anyone to grasp because it is completely outside our scope of existence...it's like trying to visualize a new color...you can't understand or visualize what you have never seen).
So you must make a choice. Is it more plausible that the Universe has always existed into infinity past or that some being or powerforce has always existed (what we would call God).
It's a tough one

Has the Universe always existed without a Creator?
The universe was created by a creator. Time was also created and started.
If it needs a Creator, then has the Creator always existed?
Outside of time is eternity. Much like the vastness of space in the universe, God exists infinately. He made us finite with limitations. So God, being outside the universe and outside of time by definition must have always existed.

I agree, as written in the bible, then God had to be created at one point. The likely hood of him spontaneously existing is far more improbable of the universe doing the same. Think about it, a perfect being popping into existence, or a bunch of disparate matter exploding at unimaginable rates. If god supersedes time, then by definition we would see him everywhere. Therefore there is no doubt that he does not exist. Had TV existed 2000 years ago, we would have proof that he never returned.

I think the basic scientific principle of 'cause and effect' would mean there absolutely had to be something greater that caused the universe to exist. ;)
That being is God.
(Then who created God?)
No one. He is the creator, not the created. He is the alpha and the omega, he has always been, is, and always will be. His is eternal and infinite. He is supernatural.
God cannot be limited to finite reasoning. He goes beyond it. We are human. We die. He does not. That is the basis of his very existence.
He's not limited to a physical or time-based realm.

You are suggesting eternal matter and energy?? Sorry, that idea violates the most fundamental principle of science - causality. Nothing in science happens without a cause or exists without an origin. Science could not function if that were not true. Therefore, the primordial cause of all that exists must lie outside the purview of science, which means outside the realm of matter, energy, time and space. And, from pure logic, that initial uncaused cause must have preceded matter, energy, time and space, and therefore be eternal.

To be truthful and logical, one must understand that there are things we will NEVER comprehend. The age and extents of the universe are a couple of those things, and ANY attempt to explain them is simply egotistical posturing.
We're not even a blip on the radar of the universe, and billions of years of evolution and life on this planet is less than a hiccup in the timeline. We are THAT small. Sucks, doesn't it?

we cant comprehend the vastness of our own universe ... let alone a God from a place that slung it into existance ... the concept of trying to understand the creator is beyond our knowledge ...
