Spirituality is, of course, the opposite of materiality. To become spiritual, one must drop material beliefs that only serve to hold one down. It takes a desire to understand God in His true spiritual sense, and you must surrender your heart without reservation to God, then He will fill you up as you should be filled.

I did by asking Jesus into my life..He took away all my anger, hatred and greed..
In its place He replaced it with Love..Peace..and Joy.. :)
