Preparation H is a great moisturizing lotion. Sure its hemorrhoid cream but where else needs such sensitive cream. Maybe get someone else to buy it for you, otherwise you'll spend a fortune on something else.

Get a Dr to check you out in case it's a sign of anything. Or ask a nutritionist if it could be "diet" related. Drink plenty of fresh water, get your fruit/veg and go out in the daylight for 1 hour a day at least. (You can get make-up concealer if it's for a photo, you might get away with it not showing.)
But apart from that , think about all the things you like about yourself, nobody minds circles under eyes,it's a natural thing, especially as you get older. I have heard actresses on T.V. saying they use creams meant for "piles" because the reduce swelling/bags under the eyes, but in real life these creams smell quite distinctive, and I wouldn't advise it!

You are fine the way you are ,no doubt...

Hey

I've had problems with dark circles under my eyes, too, and found the best thing to do, short of buying a special cream was get a light-weight sheer power. Choose a loose power, with a small amount of sparkle and shine in a light, neutral color. Apply under eyes and in the corners of eyes, and the darkest spots. (you can also use white eyeliner and rub it in to create same effect, but this works better). This works because it reflects light, making you look wide awake and radiant. Remember, subtlety is key, and this will make you look great!

What Laura M said is what I do for the dark spots under my eyes. The only thing I can advise is, when putting the powder and makeup on do it in natural lighting for the best results. Maybe setting at the window or outside.

Go out in the sun a little more, your body soaks up the rays of the sun and the sun has vitamins that our body needs in order to look and feel healthy. I used to have them and then started spending more time outside now i don't have them.

Preperation H shrinks blood vessels. (That is what hemorrhoids are.) Many women use it under their eyes to shrink those vessels. That supposedly removes the dark circles.
