If it bothers you, which I think it does, you should ask him what`s going on.

Well,
From experience in my high school life and life in general. Once people start to get used to each other, they start to not necessarly drift away, but they get used to each other more and more, and the need to impress one another doesn't happen as much, this is particularly the case when the relationship hits at about the 3 month mark. Not to worry I think, try to do more things together that you both enjoy. Hope this helps.

It all depends on how old you both are........... he may need some guy time with his buddys.....absence makes the heart grow fonder. Just some friendly advice, if u both talk and see each other less, will usually make the relatioinship stronger. U both don't want to smother each other that will never work. Yea, and another thing is how long you have been seeing each other.

Don't be afraid it's really natural. Relationships can't go on forever like they start, otherwise it's a little suffocating for guys. He probably needs to have a normal independent life + a gf at the same time, if you both like each other you should'nt be afraid.

I know you don't want to hear this but I am pretty sure he is slowly breaking away. He may be giving his phone attention to someone else. That's young love for you. Maybe you should start ignoring him and see what happens. His true feelings should come through then.
Good luck.

Something similar happened to me with my boyfriend. He just needed a little bit of space, or so he said. So soon after I started ignoring him for a while. He came rushing back.
Maybe you should play hard to get for a little while...

excitement is over, give him space, if he misses you then he will communicate more, dont be too available, even with friends, the excitement and the hoopla of it all, sometimes deminishes for some reasons and that s normal, so dont sweat it, if he really loves u he will find time to be with u often, but personally infrequent contacts shorter chat times, usually indicates that the fire is gone.

Perhaps he's a bit in the "I'm not sure I really want to spend my whole life with this girl" stage, but it's probably just boy time as well. There's lots of possibilities, really, but if he doesn't want you, and if you really love him, you should let him go. =]

Maybe it is slowing down.
You'll need some sort of spark to rekindle it.. or just some water to put it out completely.
If you're young, just forget about it.
Don't worry and don't be upset if you "break up".
Sounds like you haven't been together that long..

Sorry, but he is done with you. He doesn't want to hurt you, so he is backing off softly. I'd say move on. Forget playing games as someone suggested. You are just postponing the inevitable!
