talk to him, pay attention to him, take notice of him like more than other people and hopefully he will start to take more notice of you. then if all goes well he will be asking you out in no time. if not then just try to be friends with him, like talk to him every so often and build up your relationship from there

i think u should forget the fact that you're scared to approach him be for sum1 else does and u really feel salty because I've been i the same situations and i had to face my fears so u should too :-)
