Start by asking the agency that took her, every question you can think of. They may not tell you much, but even a tiny hint can be helpful, such as the state she was last known to live in. Was she placed for adoption or is she in foster care? If she goes by her birth name, that makes it a lot easier than if she was adopted and you don't know her name. Try typing her name into www.zabasearch.com and try to locate any adoption reunite agencies in your area, or online.

There are a whole bunch of yahoogroups that focus on reuniting family members. I am currently looking for my mom's birth mom (or my maternal grandmother). Once you're in yahoogroups, search for a group with the key words like adoption reunite, birth mom, find birth mom, find daughter. In Washington there is a yahoogroup called "WA Adoptee Search" or something like that. Good luck! I really hope you can find your daughter!

try a online internet search first find out where she is and what town, then, you find out who she is living with.go to court, and ask for visitation rights.if not hire a lawyer and try to get her back.dont give up.if she out of the house she was living in.contact her, and start having mother-daughter days set up and start a bond.be involved in her life and make sure she is safe and not hurt by some stupid guy. you are strong fight for your daughter and let her go.be strong,I might not know but by your letter I bet you will win your daughter back!
