Does anyone know what some good stretches r 4 being able 2 do a split, I'm pretty close to getting mine, but i really wanna get it soon!

just keep on doing stretching exercises..keep on trying to move you legs as far as possible but don't overdo it..

any stretches are good, you want your entire body to be flexible, the main thing that will help you is stretching EVERY day AFTER you workout, your muscles will be warmed up and it will reduce risk of injury. Before I had mine, i would get into them as far as I could and hold for 10-15 seconds a few times a day, just make sure your form is correct - don't turn out your toes!

Lmao..your funny! you spelled split as spit. i dont blame ya, it happens to everyone. and to answer your question, have a friend help you. maybe one who was previously a cheerleader. it could help alot to have someone else to stretch with you. Hey!! you might even learn somethin new!
