I am in Grade 11 and I really want to be a doctor when I grow up. I live in Eastern Canada, and I get really good marks. I attend a really small high school and I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what university I should attend? I'd also like to get a scholarship do you think that's possible if I come from a really small place?

To be admitted to a medical programme you will first have to have an undergraduate science degree (a B.Sc.). It does not matter which university in Canada you get that degree from so make your own choice for whatever reason makes sense to you.
One thing that impresses me about your post is that it is, for someone in Grade 11 today, very well written. Believe me, in any education in any field being able to write well is an enormous asset. Keep at it. Take some English or some other writing-intensive discipline such as History as electives during your undergraduate science training, you will not regret it.
Good luck.

Its possible, I came from a small high school too, If you have good grades, make sure you have community service, join clubs, play an instrument, get some work experience, join honors classes and try a to find a university that will fit your needs.
