I don't know where everybody is getting "Quinta means fifth."? Five in Spanish is cinco is five. Four is Quatro but that isn't even close to Quinta.
La Quinta means Villa or country Villa.
Sorry fans of Five! Lol

"la quinta" has several meanings in Spanish:
(1) fifth: either as a noun, meaning a fifth of something or an ajdjective referring to a feminine noun (la quinta casa = the fifth house)
(2) The villa, or the country house
(3) The coughing fit
(4) Quint - which is a type of fire truck (I found this one in a dictionary, and wasn't aware of it previously)
It is definitely not "The Quiet", which is "la Calma" or "La Tranquilidad"
