the fastest way for your hair to grow is to massage your scalp every day. then you use a hard bristle brush to brush your scalp for 10-15 minutes do this once a week (this brushes off any dead cells that are on your head which prevent your hair to come out.)

Grow nails and hair faster with Knox for nails at the grocery, it's not by the jello so you'll need to ask. You will definately see a difference after 2 boxes. Drink one pkt a day with either a quarter cup orange juice or a half cup to kill the nasty taste. Don't know about clear skin, I'm too old to remember. Just never go to bed with make-up on. Moisturize and don't drink or smoke and get plenty of sleep or she'll get wrinkles. If my face was nasty, I would wash it at least 3x a day. EVERY DAY

clean skin is clear skin but lots of products take the natural oils your skin needs away with the excess oil that can cause acne. Try an alcohol free toner and then moisturize. (after washing with a mild soap or cleaner). As for hair growing faster....I don't think there is anything that actually works, just stuff that takes your money.

Regular multi-vitamins or actully pre-natal vitamins work the best. When I was taking them while pregnant and nursing, my hair grew so fast that I had to keep dying my roots every two weeks!
