My 8 month old cat seems to have a lot of siamese qualities. She is tortie shell, very long and lanky with big ears and eyes. She is extremely vocal and sounds like a baby crying, and super affectionate and bratty, her mother was not a siamese and i dont know what the chances of the mother running into a male un-nuetured siamese pure bread just roaming around in the country. i could post a pic but im not sure how. thanks

Yep sounds like it and I mean sounds lol those siamese sure do sound like babies crying - enough to drive your around the twist!

She could be part Siamese. I have a Siamese and an Angora Mix (mom was a black pure bred, dad was a white stray). They both sound like crying babies. But, don't always rely on the eyes. There are other breeds that have blue eyes. Also, Tortie's tend to be slender when their young (my former roommate had one). What I did to figure out my Angora's mix was study all cat breeds. She could be. It may not be that her father was pure siamese, but if he or the mother had a little siamese in them...those traits can come out later in offspring, even if the parents never exhibited them.

maybe ya she sounds like it but maybe tyhe male mite have brothers or sisters that are siamese
i had a pure white kitten when my cat gave birth(it was so cute and small)anyways it coundnt breathe for a long time cause its mouth weas shut
when he grew older she had some siamses marks such as her ears had black her tail was turing black also her paws
when we asked or neighbours who breeding with the mum they sayed that he had a brother and he was siamese
(the dad was a gingewr with a white muzzel*mouth* and a white belly
it could be a siamese maybe the dad is one or his siblings are

if her eyes are blue, she most likely has siamese in her...I kno thats a lot to base it on, but very true. all siamese have blue eyes.

She could be but in most cases will be identified as a DSH. (domestic short hair). Which is very polite vet speak for a mixed breed feline.
