Americans don't say "bum" in reference to a rear end or butt.
In the U.S. a bum is someone who lives on the street and begs for spare change.
BTW... Your question doesn't make sense so you probably won't get a lot of answers...

No, of course we don't. However, contrary to what some Americans think, other Americans do refer to the backside (a.k.a. the butt, rear end, fanny, rump, bottom, hindquarters, derriere, tush, tucus, behind, hind parts, gluteus maximus, buttocks, rumpus, sitting muscle, etc) as the bum. I have heard this and used this myself, and am as American as we come. We definitely also use it in the context listed previously (referring to a homeless person or someone of ill repute or someone who generally did anything we don't particularly like.)

The expression we most commonly use with 'Aunt Fanny' in it is "my Aunt Fanny" meaning roughly the same as "my foot" or "my eye" or otherwise "nonsense" or "balderdash!"

no, because it's a name. By the same token we in Britain would not say a minge is your aunt...
