I don't know about Castor oil. I would suggest eating more fiber. Have a bowl of high fiber cereal for breakfast of lunch every day. I mix mine, for example: A sleeve of Fiber One(comes in two sleeves)a box of wheat and bran chex and a box of frosted mini wheats. I put all this in a huge bowl and mix it up. Put some of the mix in a cereal container and the rest in a Ziploc bag for refills. I eat a bowl full at least once a day, and have had really good results.

For immediate result, eat Yogurt the Activia Prune flavor. This taste so good, better than strawberry and blueberry. Then drink Odwalla, the superfood flavor (green cap).

Other alternative, eat boiled egg in the morning, hotdog & brocolli for dinner, then "Vanilla" flavor ice cream for desert, then you will go.

Food to avoid: Stay away from sweets like chocolate bar, brownies, candies, etc... sugar can make you constipated and junk food as well. Stay away from fried foods, unless you will cook it yourself with olive oil, you know that it's safe.

You don't have to stop eating those junkies, just take once a week. Take things in moderation.

Good food: oatmeal for breakfast, add raisins and berries to taste more yummy.

Reverse your food pattern. I eat dinner in the morning and breakfast at night. For example, I had rice and beef in the morning and cereal at night. You will definitely loose weight and inches on your waist.

This one will flush you out! This needs to be done in the morning (because you need to do this on a empty stomach)

1 quart of water-room temprature
2 tsp of Sea salt

shake real good and drink the whole thing. I really flushes you out within 30 min. It's a really nasty taste, but it does the job.

1 tablespoon might take a long time to work depending on how badly you need cleaning out. See how you go today, if nothing happens in 24 hours then take another dose
