how do i remold a boxing mouthpiece i have one but i did it wrong and i need to know how to remold it

The first answer is correct, except I don't recommend microwaving a glass of water (if you've seen MythBusters, this is dangerous). Boil the water with a pot or something, soak the mouthpiece, bite it and let it set, and then cool it down.

In my opinion, once you make the first molding and it isn't correct, you're better off getting another one. You compromise the integrity of the mouth piece by it not fitting properly. It's better to have a mouthpiece that fits properly than a visit to the Dentist. So you'll be out another $10 but you'll still have your pearly whites.

Get a mug of water. Heat the water in the microwave for around 75 seconds. When u take it out put your mouthpeice in for 15 seconds. Take it out and then put it in your mouth and bite down on it till it sets.

you shouldn't be combating or perhaps sparing even as you've braces you may damage your teeth previous restoration in spite of in case you do have a mouth shield. stick to education on the baggage and concentration-mits
