George Mason University's website. They provide pretty good accent samples:

The first one sounds like the most stereotypical Canadian accent, even though the guy talks so slow you have to wonder if he even speaks English...
Click on the speaker from the region you prefer, then imitate the sounds and apply them to the best of your ability to other words.
Or this guy sells products to teach accents: http://www.paulmeier.com/index.html

I'm not sure why you feel the need to acquire a Canadian accent, but I hate to tell you that accents vary in different parts of Canada, so it kind of depends on which region of Canada you want to sound like. Listen to Canadian television programs.

Watch videos in which Canadian people speak. Try youtube.com to find some. I'm sure there's a plethora of such things.
Otherwise, fly to Canada. There's really no other way.

Who is going to kill you if you don't speak Canadian accent?
Curious.
You can watch TV shows. I highly recommend "The Trailer Park Boys", "Corner Gas" or the classic "Kids in the Hall". They are very funny and they're available on DVD.

Subsitute the U with the O, e.g. "aboot" instead of "about".
Add "eh?" for "isn't it?" e.g. "The weather is nice eh?"
Useful eh? Stay alive.
