If youre off sick you should be getting at least statutory sick pay off your employer, which is £70.05 per week with maybe a little bit of tax taken out.
Your partner should be able to claim jobseekers.
On this income you should get housing benefit, you need to go to your local council to claim this, it should cover all or most of your rent.
Also check that your partner got everything he was entitled to by way of redundancy notice/pay.
The CAB or welfare rights can do a full benefit check for you.
Also check your work contract to see if youre entitled to any contractual pay whilst youre sick, although if you are they dont usually get it wrong.
If your housing benefit doesnt cover all your rent, your local council will have a hardship fund that you can claim extra payments from for your rent. But they arent likely to tell you about it, they dont like to give too much money out.
Good luck

OMG this is EXACTLY what happened to me last year!
We had lost my wage as I had to go on long term sick and my partner's training placement had fallen through and he was working part time - we couldn't keep up the mortgage payments and were going to be repossessed! The Council refused to help us as they claimed that mortgage repossession was "intentional homelessness" and they'd give us 6 weeks in a B&B to find private rent, then leave us on the street, whether I was pregnant or not. ******* awful!!
We went to see Shelter, and they were fantastic. The lady from Shelter came to the repossession hearing with us and sorted it all out. We kept our home under a suspended possession order which means we will keep it as long as we make agreed payments. We have cleared off the arrears with some help from my partner's mum.
The stress nearly made me lose my baby, I was truly suicidal, severely depressed and I hated those idiots who were trying to run their "business" by repossessing us and endangering the life of my baby. How can people put business before life?! It should be illegal to do that to a pregnant woman.
Contact your local Shelter office and go and see them, I promise they will be able to help!

I'd hate 2 admit this...but i am 33 weeks pregnant right now....and me and my boyfriend, because of money problems, were homeless for the MAJORITY of my pregnancy!...It's awful i know...i still took my vitamins & went 2 tha doctor's as much a possible (first time i saw a doctor was when i was already 6 months)....but i RECENTLY moved back in with my parent & my boyfrined went back home in a different state to get straightened out...so by tha time i have tha baby next month....we should have a place of our own 2 stay in together... but i hope things work out for ya'll!

contact your estate agents and explain your situation with them, running away will not solve this problem so as hard as it is you need to face up to it. Your partner shouldnt let being made redundant knock his confidence, get him to make an appointment at his local job centre to see about looking for further employment. As you have been signed of with ill health you should be receiving sick pay or maternity allowance, see your employer or contact the citizens advice bureau for free advice. It might be advisable for you and your partner to put your names down for housing through the council or housing associations as often the rents are cheaper etc. I wish you luck

i was in a similar situation, was signed off when 4months pregnant and landlord was trying to evict me so he could move back in.. i went to local council and was put on a housing list for vulnerable people threatened with homelessness. also try your local jobcentre. depending on how long you were with your employer, you might be entitled to sick pay, if not through work then maybe through jobcentre. you might be entitled also to a maternity grant upto £500. youll have to check with income support. good luck, i wish you and your partner all the best x x x x

I in simple terms had mine finished to no longer earlier yet all that's is you drink an exceptionally nasty drink. Mine replaced into orange yet you drink that then when you end ingesting it you could desire to attend a million hour they pull your blood and take a verify out it. If it comes back which you do have the glucose diabetes then you definately will could desire to do all of it back and that they'll could desire to pull your blood each and every hour for 3 hours. it is not undesirable at each and all of the worst area is having to drink that nasty drink. do no longer hassle approximately it
