Right, post-its do not work over time.
In prison break, the guy tatooed the escape plan all over his body.
In memento, the guy wrote information over his body with perma ink and take pictures...
For me, just take a hit of Columbian gold and sit back.

Tattoo it on the insides of your eyelids. That works better than having it inked on the cerebellum proper -- if you do that, you end up with a dirty mind, and run the risk of being brain-washed. Oy!
