If she's frightened, I suggest a trainer to help you. We can't see what is going on and don't know what is frightening her. A trainer can see the situation and work out the best way to help your individual dog. Incorrect advice could easily get you bitten.
If this is pain instead of fear, VET NOW. If it is fear, still see a vet but it isn't an emergency. A dog not eating can tell you there is a problem. It could be something as simple as worms or something much more severe such as a blockage.
*** In regards to your update: Something is wrong. This dog is very sick and needs to be at the vet's office. I would suspect a blockage from the information given but it could be just a large load of worms, parvo, etc... Whenever a dog is off food and water, get it to the vet ASAP. Let us know what the vet says.***

It sounds like something my dog just had. She had a blocked bowel from eating things she wasn't suppose to. Take her to the vet.

Eating is a serious issue, and yes, force feeding through a vererinarian is highly suggested. Undernourishment and dehydration should be your highest concerns, these can lead to other issues. I hope it doesn't have parvow...it's a deadly doggy disease.

When my dog doesn't eat her food, I'll try handfeeding her piece by piece and then slowly get her to eat her food herself. But if your dog refuses to eat even when you handfeed her, then you should take her to the vet.

My cousin's beagle did this. He got a bowel blockage (too many snausages) just like redrose said. They had to take him to the vet. I advise you do that ASAP!!! She could die if you don't.
