Doesnt work like that. What is so hard about getting you GED before bootcamp? You need to be education qualified before you do anything with the Army. Army will be able to assist you in getting a GED before you ship to basic.

I don't know of any program where you get your GED *after* basic training, but the Army National Guard has a program where they help you get your GED while you're on the DEP (deferred enlistment program).
You can also enlist in the Army Reserves prior to having your high school diploma when you're 17. You can do basic training over summer and then finish your last year of school and get your diploma prior to going to AIT. During that last year, you'll attend drill with your local unit and get drill pay. All before you finish high school and actually got to learn your Army job!

that is no longer going on for Active Duty Army. The Guard will allow you to DEP in without one, but you must have your GED before shipping out.

OR you could go back to High School for a little bit, do some night classes, or just finish your GED right now.
