Don't use IE for Mac. It's very old and development on it has stopped. Even Microsoft admits you should not use it anymore. See first link.

What version of Netscape did you try this with? If you had 6.0, you need to upgrade to 6.1 before installing Flash. It would actually be a better idea to use a better browser than Netscape. It really doesn't offer much in the way of features, and any of the browsers listed below would serve you better.

Which version of MacOS are you using? (Click on the Apple logo in the top left corner, and choose "About This Mac" if you don't know.)

If you are using....
10.3 or later - Safari (which should have come with your Mac), Firefox (see second link), Opera (third link), OmniWeb (which costs money, fourth link), Camino (fifth link)
10.2 - any of the above, except Safari must be downloaded (see sixth link)
10.1 - Opera (third link) - also note that 10.1 is a free upgrade from 10.0
9 or earlier - iCab (last link)

i think the G4s have a PowerPC processor. click on the apple on the accurate of the demonstrate screen and choose "about" the most present day version of Adobe calls for that you've an Intel processor. so the easy answer right it really is that flash gained't artwork on your workstation. there is no genuine way round this than to improve your workstation to an Intel depending workstation. Sorry, i understand its no longer the answer you wanted to hearken to yet further and extra updates will require performance that your workstation isn't able to
