I was exactly in this situation 15 months ago.I was friends with my now gf & could never work up the courage to tell her how i felt.I always thought she'd never want a jerk like me, she's that gorgeous she could have her pick.She tells me she dropped hints back then, which i never picked up on
Her job takes her over to the USA every so often, sometimes for 4/5 weeks at at time.Back then she was going away for 2 months & i realized i'd fallen in love with her.I couldn't hack her being away for so long, i had to do something, but lost my nerve.We went out for a drink with other ppl the day before she left.When we were by ourselves she just came out with it: "are you ever gonna get your a.ss in gear & tell me how you feel about me or am i gonna have to drag it out of you?"
The direct approach shocked the s.hit out of me for sure! I told her how i felt about her & how i loved her so much that i'd miss her like crazy.I can still remember shaking so much that night!.15 wonderful happy months later we're still together & i love her with all my heart.
Long story short,do what my adorable gf did with me.The direct approach - come straight out with it & force the shy guy into action.A little shock treatment might just do the trick! Good luck!

what i learnt is that most guys admit it when there not around there mates or family members etc, try getting his number and start sending brain thinking messages, that ur heart can only answer and but just dont ring him, let him adjust to u and ur ways , he will soon crack at the right time to tell u that ur gorgeous and he fancies u

Tell him that you want to go someplace but your friends are all busy so it sucks that your going to miss going on friday. That would be an open invitation for him to say he will go. Which he will if he likes you even if its shopping for shoes!
but trust me, this only lasts in the start of any relationships.

Throw hints. Ask him if he would like to do something with you like go to lunch or a community event.
If he agrees then he probably "fancies" you!

find some way to be alone with him. romantic setting. rent a good movie. watch the sun set or some stars. move close if he puts his arm around you your golden if not then move on.
