pick-up tips.....at a party?

Im going to a club with a friend (16 yrs old), but my friend has never picked up before, so i need some tips for her on how to pick some guys up at the club. anyone got tips that actually work? no cheesy pick-up lines tho, some seriouse stranger-flirting.
