Perfectly normal in babies -- my three-year-old still sometimes sleeps with her eyes half-open and rolled right back. Looks weird but is harmless.
And newborn babies quite often have really roll-around eyes -- like one focuses on you and the other one drifts off looking in a different direction. Freaked me out totally with my eldest, till the doc reminded me that of all the muscles the baby had been practicing using before birth (by kicking the living daylights out of my ribcage, mostly!) the eye muscles had got no advance exercise at all, through being in the dark.
In short, don't worry!

She's a BABY and her 'nerves' aren't fully developed and sometimes that 'manifests' by her 'rolling her eyes up' for a few moments. If she's still 'breathing properly' and her body doesn't go stiff or 'jerk around' then she's just FINE. You need to relax and learn to ENJOY this new little person in your life. There are plenty of times in the future when you'll need to 'worry' about a lot of things ... but this is just 'your nerves' and nothing is wrong with her!

There is nothing wrong sweetie it is totally normal for a young baby. My baby does exactly the same especially during feeds and after. I think it's rather cute. Babies don't have much control over any part of there body for some time.

I can't believe your Dr didn't know about that! I have no children but I'm pretty sure that it's a combination of tired eyes and a windy tummy after feeding.

To me it sounds like she got tired and started dozing off. After their bottle, we know they get tired. Most of the time, we adults would close our eye lids first. Babies don't have mature systems. I think you have nothing to worry about.
