want some sound advice? Don't go to any website for this stuff, really.
Have you seen the expensive sites set up all fancy, and they are either fake, scams, or blatent lies. Not to even mention the Anti-Christ ones. Meditation is prayer and/or ponderance.
Find a quiet, safe, comfortable place where you are sure you will have no interruptions.
Listen to the silence. God speaks in silences, they say.

Actually, read a hindu or Buddhist religous book. Books are the best sources.

medititation just opens up your mind to satan. Just sit quietly and pray and know that God is God in your stillness. There is no need to be psychedelic or imitate the fake spirituality of the buddhists, they accomplish nothing doing so. Pray for forgiveness and pray for others and pray for needs. You will feel real peace that way.
