Consider:

Which one is closer to God?
Which more closely matches your existing beliefs?
Which has less dogma and restriction?
Which will allow you more freedom in life?
Which is easier to convert to?
Which has a more accepting and welcoming community?

Also, there are many sects of Islam and Judaism, some more liberal in outlook, some more orthodox. There is a world of difference between being a reform Jew and an orthodox Jew.

Personally, I'd advise against any organised religion, but it's your choice. Good luck.

You might want to consider about Islam...

- If you choose Islam, you can't change your mind or else the Quran says you should be put to death (Quran 4:88-89)

- Judaism doesn't command the killing and subjugation of other religions as the Quran does in verse 9:29 among mAAAAANY other places.

- If you're a woman, consider that the Quran says...

Men have authority over women because they were made to be superior and because men spend their resources to take care of women (4:34). Men have a higher status or are considered a degree above women, so in matters of divorce, the man has more rights (2:228).

Having sons is of greater value than having daughters since women grow up wearing cheap jewelry and are unable to speak logically in an argument. Those that think that the angels are female will have to answer for this belief. Those who believe that Allah has daughters who are goddesses are wrong and unfair. He does not! Why would Allah have daughters when sons are preferable (17:40, 43:16-19, 53:19-22)?

I don't believe you can truly pick and choose religions. Religion is about faith. If you had it, you would not be asking this question. I think you are more looking for guidance than religion.

I'm not sure I can give you exceptional advice, but I'd say look at what is good, look at what is right, and look at what is intuition. what seems most desireable isn't always the best choice.
