I just got my w-2 form now I don't know what to do with it, How do I get my income tax and how do I know what I got, I don't even know how to start the whole process of getting my income tax, can anyone help me????????

Honey: You can either pay someone to do your taxes or you can file them yourself on line at IRS.gov or something like that. Search the Internet for the Internal Revenue Service and use their site and save your money.

It sounds like your first job and you only have one income. Your tax return should be fairly easy. You just need someone to show you how to fill out the forms. If you have any friends or relatives who do their own taxes? If you do, they can save you the cost of a professional. If you don't have that option, any tax preparation shop should be more than qualified.

Since this sounds like it's your first year you need to go to a tax adviser. Once you get the hang of it you could eventually get one of the tax programs like Turbo Tax or Tax Cut, but since you're new at this I would recommend the tax adviser.

You will need to either find someone to do your taxes or do them yourself. You can find free software online at www.irs.com.
