Because pre-marital sex is not a sin according to the Bible.

In Exodus, chapter 20, we read the Ten Commandments, and are told that we should not commit adultery. Adultery however is not defined as simply having sex outside of marriage. It's defined as having sex with a married person. Nothing is said to prohibit sexual relations between two unmarried people. In fact, if we look in the book of Leviticus, we are given a list of every situation in which we should not have sex. We're not to have sex with married people, or with family members, or with animals. We are not, however, prohibited from having sex with an unmarried person who is not in our family.

Some places in the bible, such as Mark 7:21, state that "fornication" is a sin. Fundamentalists like to interpret that as meaning "sex outside of marriage." It's not true. The Greek translation identifies "fornication" as being any "illicit (illegal) sexual activity." However, as we saw above, God did not mention sex between two unmarried people as being illicit.

However, that kind of behavior should not be anything to complain about, really.

And Catholic boys don't ignore it?

If you are talking about teens or even those in their early 20's, the answer is going to be about the same as if you asked why anyone of that age group has pre-marital sex - "it's not your business so why do you care?"

As for adults, some of them don't care about the rules. (See above.) Others make the conscious decision to have sex within the bounds of a committed relationship, even if it is pre-marriage. And even more have opinions on the subject matter that deal with Biblical truth, Catholic tradition, and the Vatican's man-made laws.

It most Christian girls like to ignore the no sex before marriage rule. The same goes for guys so you should be asking if all Christians like to listen to rules that they like and ignore the ones they don't.

Why do an believers choose to commit any sins? The problem with some Christians is that they condemn people who commit some sins, but not others. You can't pick and choose which to condemn or which to follow. Isn't a tenet of Christianity that all sins are equal in the eyes of your lord?
