Download iTunes 7.0 here (http://www.apple.com/itunes/download ). When it downloads, install it and go to Help>Check for Updates. It will tell you about any iTunes updates and/or iPod software updates available. You have to have your iPod connected to the computer for it to be checked. After the software is downloaded click on your iPod's name in the source list and slelct Update (or the similar option).
