Health wise, circumcision lowers the possiblity of HIV infection. Now this may not be of concern to you if neither you nor your husband is at risk.
Sexually, there is no difference.

The Army hospital Urology Clinic will likey have a PA or Nurse Practioner at the rank of LT to Captain do the procedure. If hubby is an EM it will hurt some, that excludes SFC's and above.
However, if it is a Monday morning the procedure will be accomplished by such as a 91-W with at least one tour "downrange".
Make sure he completes DA Form and Army form CTP-132

I have been with both a circumsised and uncircumcised man and to be honest, I prefer someone that is circumcised. I only say this because I enjoy the shape of a head and when going down. I don't think it feels any different on the inside though. does that make sense?

Unless your asking if your husband's member will still be able to stand at attention once circumcised you should post this question in the Health section.
But since you asked...it will make no difference in his physical capabilities once he has healed. It will not make your lovemaking any better or worse.

I was at a Lamaze class and a gentleman came into the class to speak on this subject.
He told the class that he received a circumcision as a grown man.
He added that sex before the circumcision was like watching color TV and after the circumcision was like watching TV on a black/white model.
Peace out :)

LOL why is this question in the military section? Most me are circumcised. Its considered more sanitized this way, so im sure you would appreciate it even more.

it actually decreases stimulation for the man and is not a completly safe practice its basically plastic surgery you dont know what your going to get in the end so hope for the best it doesnt actually cut down on risk of disease either if hes grown and lived this long with it how it is why the heck would he want to go whacking off part of it

Can't help YOU being a man. I would think love making would feel the same to you but to him, it might keep him from ejaculating as quickly. It will deaden the nerves making it longer in the time span from start to finish.
