My Advice is give your stress, anxiety and worries to Jesus Christ! Know God loves you! He wants you to learn to trust him when things in life get you down! Look to God and Jesus to Supply your needs and Give Thanks to them when they answer your needs. The Bible says: Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Phil 4:6-7) Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:6-7) Do you know that God loves you so much that he gave his one and only Son Jesus to the cross, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life! (John 3:16) Know that every time you feel any situation is to much for you, it is never to much for Jesus. I would encourage you to start a relationship with him by reading the word of God (the Bible) beginning with the Gospel of John. So, no matter what voices in your head bring you fear and anxiety, you will how do handle it with faith and thanksgiving! I pray that you pray to Jesus, and ask him to revile truth to why you feel this way in your life so you can break free from your stress and anxiety. God Bless!

Every problem in life doesn't always have a solution so try not to worry about it until you think you have one. Daily stress is usually caused by someone who thinks the worst or over analyzes things. Try to put perspective on what is stressing you and look at he problem from someone else's mind. it helps me to relax and not to take life so seriously.

Make sure you take some time each day to just let yourself be and do something you enjoy. Don't think about whats been going on or what you have to do later, just let yourself be in the moment.

Relax and just let go. If you have studied then you should have no worries. If you are behind on your studying then do NOT overload yourself. Make sure you can relax for some time every day.
