If you constantly worry and it interferes with your daily life, you may suffer from an anxiety disorder. Talk to your doctor about how you're feeling. If it's not all the time and has just come on suddenly or comes and goes, you may just need to work on finding some good stress relievers. Exercise, eating well, getting enough rest and taking quiet time for yourself will help you deal with the stresses of everyday life.

Good luck and never hesitate to talk with someone about the way you are feeling.
