should I take Honor Environmental Science?

I am gonna be a senior next year. I wanna challege myself, but my school doesn't offer any AP science courses. I signed up for Anatomy and Physiology. Should I also sign up for Honors Environmental Science?
At the same time I will take AP Statistics, a forensic science, a senior English(or AP English), a social study, and some art and music courses.

It is good to have challenging courses, especially your senior year. It will help you in college because you will have gained more knowledge. Be sure that you are up for it though, because if you do not do well then it can be bad for your GPA.
