im 16 years old and a lesbian and im trying to tell my parents that there little girls like girls so help. me please! so how do i tell my mom and dad with out hurting them?

Oh sweetie, I am a mother of 2 girls and if one of my daughter told me that she is lesbian,it will not change my love for her, I will love her more because she found the nerve to tell me. No parents can justify or judge their kids because their sexual reference is different.
Yes there are some parents out there that will be heart broken, maybe feel ashame, and even dissappointed, but they can't change what you become even though that they brought you up in good home and environment. Sit with your parents or maybe just one of them, ask and use a friend to tell your mom/dad that you knew someone that is close to you,who is lesbian, then ask what they will think if its you. Will they get mad,or even be shock?? From there you will know what they will feel and think if one day you told them.........best of luck to you!!..be strong

no matter what its going to hurt them a little. Just kind of bring up the subject about gay people in general and see if they are open about the subject or totally against gay people and if they are then wait until you move out before you tell them. At least if there is a fight or something then you will be able to leave the house if it gets too bad

If they haven't figured you out already, just pick a time that seems right to you and tell them. If it where me, I would rather be at a restaurant, somewhere in public, away from the enclosed house.
They may know already, they may be shocked, they will be saddened.!!! They will need time to absorb the news. Be patient, and know that although they are going to perhaps be disappointed and say things you don't want to hear, you are still their child and their love should be unconditional. Good luck~Jill

first say when two people rly love each other alot they go get high together and do it all night long and then find out their lezbos.and do it all night long,,, then say you did it with a girl all night long and got high im a lezbo too i have a gf whose name is cora and we do it all the time for atleast an hour its fun try it its kinda weird when u do it with a girl but it is so much more funner than with a guy DO IT DO IT then i told my parents im a lezbo and they kicked me out who cares my mom did it with a girl once because she was high hope that helped

Well, they are your parent's , and they should love you for who you are no matter what, but I think there's two ways, one, sit them down and tell them everything and how you feel, or you can write them a letter and tell them the whole thing and how you feel , tell them that you really care about them, and how hard it is to tell them that, tell them that they would understand.

there is no way that you wont hurt them in some way. I think if you tell them yourself you will be just fine
