My parents have me working for them caring for my grandpa. I've been doing this for a little more than 2 weeks, and they told me if I did, they'd pay me. My father told me he'd give me some money this week (2/25--3/3), but hasn't yet. I'd like to ask him about it, but how do I do it tactfully?
P.S.--I think he may do it soon, but I would like advice on what to do if he doesn't keep up his end of the deal.

I think he will pay you. If not, remind him politely. "Dad, can we talk about money?" He will say yes, and then you tell him you would love to have the payment he talked about.

If for some reason he decides not to pay you, tell him you will do some work for free but for a limited amount of time.

Tell him the end of the week is here and you would like your paycheck please. If he gives you an excuse as to why he can't pay you, tell him then you need to make a decision as to wether or not you will continue working for him. Think about it over the weekend and let him know your decision.

Just be direct. it saves the most stress. I would say: Dad, may I remind you of the fact that you were going to pay me last week? (make sure you only ask after the term agreed has passed, then ask) its very normal to ask where his end of the bargain has gone to, if he did not think of it himself. but he should and could. give him that chance. just ask normally. its a normal question is it not? direct does not mean tactless. too early does to me.

Don't say anything directly, but drop a major hint, such as: Gee, look at that nice handbag! I believe I'll buy that with my first pay!

I would write up a little contract. Present it to your parents for their signature...that would be a HUGE hint, that you are an employee with demands.
