i notice some just acts with out thinking, like something empower his will for a moment, why does it fails for some people to think before they act,

Because people are people. Calling these things "demons" colors this question. Why not call them vices, imperfections, vices...?
It's psychology... religion is completely irrelevant.

Because even as believers we are still human and are subject to human failings. The difference is that we recognize when we are doing wrong and try to correct it.
