I think I know what the problem is.......I worked with two people....both were in their early 20's.......they had been losing hair in different spots......the one girl thought she was going bald.....BUT, she went to the doctor ....... there's a name for what she had but I can't remember ....go to the doctor......there are shots you get to help your hair grow.........both were diagnosed with the same problem.......(I think the name of the condition started with an A) I'll look it up for you and answer your question again..................

My doctor recommended them to me as a great multivitamin. They will help your hair and nails grow. Give it time and they have done nothing extra for fertility. My doctor also stated that prenatal vitamins are a great source of all the things that women need and are missing on a daily basis.

Definitely try to get some pre-natal vitamins - but you will probably need a prescription.

It doesn't necessarily make your hair grow faster or anything, but it helps to stop it from falling out as much. (At least that was my experience and it makes you feel energetic and alert.)

I know that they help with hair growth, but I would see your doctor to find out the reason for your hair loss. It could be hormonal. But your friend is right that they do help with hair growth, and they might help you.
